Our main products are:
- Porchetta: boned pork rolled with Umbrian wild fennel , rosemary, sage, salt, pepper and garlic, slow-roasted for 5 hours at low temperature in a specific Porchetta oven. This deliciously aromatic and moist roast is perfect served freshly sliced, with bread or as a dish.
- Umbrian style sausages: 100% pork filling with salt, pepper and white wine, in hug casting. Very tasty and perfect for grilling outdoors or, or for many other ways of cooking.
- Lucanica style sausages: 100% pork filling with salt, pepper, white wine and fennel seeds, in sheep casting. Very tasty and perfect for grilling outdoors or for many other ways of cooking.
