Porchetta&Grill is a new partnership between the London-based food entrepreneur Lorenzo Giulioni and Giovanni Morinello, an Italian butcher with 30 years of experience.

Our aim is to make authentic sausages and porchetta in the City, in the same way they have been in small towns across the hearth of Italy for centuries.

The final product is the result of 5 hours of cooking at a constant and controlled temperature,served ... on the street!
